Lessons and Rates
Lessons can be specialized for students’ needs and/or upcoming auditions and performances. No prior vocal training or experience is needed. It is recommended that students spend some time practicing outside of the lesson period for the best progress.
Building the Basics
I work with students who are of reading age and up. We will work with the basics of posture, breathing, music theory and vocal control. We do warm-ups that focus on establishing and expanding vocal range as well as dexterity, focus and tone.
A Variety of Songs
I help students choose songs that will interest them and broaden their capabilities. Regardless of background, each of my students can learn works from classical, commercial and musical theatre genres.
Lesson Rates
30-minute lesson $25
30-minute lessons will teach students the proper use of their voice as well as begin building a repertoire of appropriate songs.
45-minute lesson $30
45-minute lessons cover all curriculum and activities of 30-minute lessons plus a more in depth warm-up process to further strengthen the voice.
1-hour lesson $35
1-hour lessons cover all curricula and activities of 45 min lessons plus a more in depth song repertoire study.
Payment is required in advance for each block of 4 lessons for recurring students. Lessons can also be purchased one at a time for specific audition or performance preparation.
